Our extensive experience in permitting, designing, and maintaining potable water treatment and distribution systems, wastewater collection and treatment facilities, and solid waste landfills applies to the needs of both public and private clients.

We have completed numerous roadway projects for clients including the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, Lafayette Consolidated Government, the City of Crowley, the City of Rayne, and the Acadia Parish Police Jury.

In-house land surveying and drafting paired with long-standing relationships with local geotechnical, electrical, and structural engineers allow us to deliver complete, cost-effective roadway design with a single point of accountability.

We have served as municipal engineer for numerous towns and cities across the greater Acadiana area, in some cases continuously since 1988. That tenure has given us a deep understanding of public works and the obligations that municipalities carry to their residents.

Working in the public sector for decades grants us a perspective we apply to private clients as well — we understand from the earliest stages of a project what direction will satisfy regulatory, municipal, and private interests in parallel.

From topographical and boundary surveys to construction staking, we deliver survey data quickly and with uniform precision. State-of-the-art equipment is paired with expertise in traditional survey methods.

Our capabilities include conventional and GPS surveying, subdivision platting, drone surveying, orthographic aerial photography, and photo-realistic point cloud generation.

Our staff uses contemporary modeling software to deliver reliable hydraulic and hydrologic analyses, modeling, and design.

Whether the project calls for open-channel or subsurface drainage, culvert design for small ditches, large drainage channels, or stormwater detention for commercial and residential development, we provide consultation and design at a fair cost.

We serve as subdivision review agent for several of our municipal clients and have guided many private developers from concept through completion. That dual perspective means we can identify, from the outset, the common ground between what municipalities expect and what private developers want.

We provide litigation consultation and expert witness testimony backed by capabilities in land surveying, drafting, and engineering analysis. We have represented the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development in expropriation, private individuals in drainage and construction disputes, and public entities in matters requiring forensic analysis.

Our familiarity with radar-derived rainfall and meteorological data has served clients across hurricane insurance claims, including representation of New Orleans businesses in Hurricane Katrina-related litigation, and reconstruction of rain and flooding for vehicular and property claims.
